Book in advance to avoid disappointment
We operate on a prior booking system in order to ensure that we have suitable accommodation available for your pet and to prepare for your pet’s arrival (e.g. preparation of enclosure, scheduling your pet for physical checks and exercising etc.). You are strongly advised to make reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings are payable in advance. The first day of your pet's stay is charged at full price regardless of the check-in time, as this cost covers the preparation work done prior to check-in. We offer an early check-out discount if your pet is collected before 11h00 on the departure day, please enquire with reception regarding this. Please read through the information below regarding bookings and check-in.
We understand how unpredictable life can be and try to be as accommodating as possible. Unfortunately, cancelled bookings have a negative impact on our operational planning and ability to provide an excellent service. Therefore, should you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you communicate this to us, via email, as soon as possible. A pro rata refund or credit on your account may be considered at the discretion of management. For Peak Season bookings, a refund or credit can only be considered should a suitable replacement booking be found. Therefore, any such consideration will only be finalised at the conclusion of the booking. Any refunds will incur an administration fee.
TIMING IS EVERYTHING
In order to ensure the best possible introduction to the kennel environment for your pet(s), we strongly recommend checking in the morning. This allows your pet(s) ample time in the light of day, to settle in comfortably. Check-in normally takes about 15mins. Please note that we accept check-ins between 08:00 and 16:30 daily. Please plan your booking dates to ensure that you are able to check-in in time.
By following our booking process correctly and informing us of any special needs well in advance of your booking, we will be able to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in. Upon arrival, please keep your pets in the car until you are assisted by our team. Please ensure that you confirm/update your personal details and provide us with detailed care instructions for your pet(s). The more information we have about our guests, the better we can care for them.
From time to time we find ourselves in a situation where pets are “dumped” in cases of divorce, relocating abroad, moving to smaller accommodation, etc. Please note that we reserve the right to remove your pet from our care if no payment arrangement is in place.
Please be aware that different rates apply for Standard and Peak seasons. Rates are charged per day, per pet. Rates are subject to change without notice (All prices are VAT inclusive).
